Don’t obsess over the NDA yet. These years are about habits. A strong base in Maths and English pays off more than anything later — the NDA written has a 300-mark Maths paper, and weak English hurts in the SSB. Board exams matter — not because the marks decide NDA, but because scoring well builds the confidence a teenager needs. Target the NCC ‘B’ certificate.
