AISSEE 2027 Notification: Still Awaited on Oct 5 — What the October Pattern Tells Parents

Last verified: 5 October 2026. This is a status explainer, not breaking news: the AISSEE 2027 notification is still not out. Below is what the calendar pattern from last year’s cycle suggests, and how to use this waiting window well.

If you have been refreshing the NTA portal every few days, you are not alone. Last year, AISSEE registration opened on 10 October 2025. We are now inside that same window a year later — and the portal shows nothing new yet.

The honest position: the NTA has not released the AISSEE 2027 notification as of 5 October 2026. Buddy4Study (updated roughly five days ago) says registration is expected in October 2026; Collegedunia earlier placed it in September–October. But expectation is not an announcement — until the bulletin is live, no date is confirmed.

What the last cycle looked like

The confirmed AISSEE 2026 timeline — a rough shape of the season, not this year’s schedule:

The window from notification to last date was roughly a month, including an extension — so there will be breathing room when the form opens. The exam is tentatively slated for 31 January 2027 per the NTA exam calendar (16 September 2026) — still on the books.

What to keep ready this week

Based on what the previous cycle asked for (EXPECTED — the new bulletin could change items), collect these now:

• Birth certificate (age proof — Class 6: 10–12, Class 9: 13–15 as on 31 Mar 2027)
• Domicile / native certificate
• School studying certificate in the NTA format — needs the school’s signature, so ask for it this week, not the day the form opens
• Recent photograph (per last cycle’s specifications)
• Signature image
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Aadhaar, for identification

How to spot the real notification

This is where parents lose money and peace of mind. The waiting window brings fake websites, lookalike portals, and agents promising guaranteed seats. Three rules:

1. The genuine notification appears only on the official NTA AISSEE portal (through exams.nta.nic.in or exams.nta.ac.in). A link from anywhere else is suspect.
2. NTA never releases its notification “only on WhatsApp” or through an agent’s PDF. A screenshot is not a source.
3. If someone wants payment outside the official fee window — the fee is expected at ₹850/₹700 based on the last cycle, not confirmed yet — walk away.

We published a scam warning this same afternoon: Fake Websites and Guaranteed-Seat Scams Alert. Read it before you share any document or pay any fee anywhere.

The notification will come — the pattern says October. Prepare the folder, bookmark the portal, and let the scammers starve.

FAQs

Has the AISSEE 2027 notification been released as of 5 October 2026?

No. The NTA portal still shows only AISSEE 2026 items. Tracking portals expect registration in October 2026, but do not trust WhatsApp forwards or agent claims that the form is live — verify only on the official NTA AISSEE portal.

When did the AISSEE form open last year?

For the AISSEE 2026 cycle: registration 10 October 2025, last date 9 November 2025 (extended from 30 October), correction 12–14 November 2025, admit card 12 January 2026, exam 18 January 2026, provisional answer key 11 February 2026, result 27 February 2026. Confirmed last-cycle dates, not this year’s schedule.

What documents should I keep ready before the AISSEE 2027 form opens?

Based on what the previous cycle asked for: birth certificate, domicile or native certificate, school studying certificate in the NTA format, a recent photograph, a signature, a caste certificate if applicable, and Aadhaar for identification. The studying certificate needs the school’s signature — collect it now, not in the last-minute rush.

How do I know the AISSEE 2027 notification is genuine when it appears?

The real notification appears only on the official NTA AISSEE portal, reachable through exams.nta.nic.in or exams.nta.ac.in. Nothing official is ever released only on WhatsApp, YouTube, or a lookalike website — and be alert to guaranteed-seat scams in this waiting period, as covered in our earlier alert on the same day.
